To help us maintain a smooth and respectful environment for all, please take a moment to review our salon policies regarding appointments, cancellations, late arrivals, and service guarantees. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.

CANCELLATION POLICY
To respect everyone’s time, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to accommodate your appointment, and the cancellation fee will apply.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us provide the best service for all clients.

REFUND + RETURN POLICY
SALON SERVICES
We do not offer refunds on chemical or haircut services. However, if you are unsatisfied with the outcome, we are happy to make adjustments within 14 days of your original appointment. Adjustments must be for a service of equal value and do not include a change in service type.

BOUTIQUE PURCHASES
Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, provided the original receipt is presented and all tags remain attached. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

SALON RETAIL PRODUCTS
All retail product sales are final. Exchanges will only be accepted for the same item in cases of damage or defect.
